If you are signed up for a trip that includes a flight, you need to fill out the Flight Form.

A Note About Waivers:

For certain trips, we hire outside contractors to instruct the group in certain skills. Depending on the trip, participants and their parents must fill out waiver forms. These forms are mailed as a part of the confirmation packet that you receive after participants are registered.
